Since 2008 CMS has provided contract and post event services to all Gold Coast assets and Public Hard surfaces.
Brunswick Street Mall Restoration Project, included honing of all hardscapes within the Brunswick Street Mall and sealing of
Southport China Town Construction Project, included honing and construction of the newly formed China Town on Davenport Street on behalf of the Gold Coast City Council.
Beenleigh Town Square Redevelopment Project, CMS has partnered with Jmac Constructions to deliver high quality concrete finishes at the newly developed area on behalf of the Logan City Council.
Contractor to Parks and Gardens and Building Maintenance. CMS delivers Graffiti management services, Open Space Cleaning and Building Maintenance services across the Logan City areas.
Contractor to Parks and Gardens. CMS manages and delivers Open Space bundled cleaning services for BBQ & Amenity assets across the Sunshine Coast.
Contractor to the Arts Precinct Restoration Project. From twelve eligible companies, our company was chosen for the State Government’s Arts Precinct Building Restoration Project.
Disaster Support Contractor for State Government. CMS supplied and managed crews for the State Government Arts and Entertainment precinct in Southbank during the Brisbane floods.
Design and Supply of Public Space Restorations. We have carried out concrete restoration for the Gold Coast’s premium city centres and public spaces throughout Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Labrador.
Since 2009, CMS has been providing solutions to schedule and maintain various BAC managed assets. This service has seen systems such as the Eco68 and the LadderFREE system used to ensure safe working protocols have been maintained throughout all works.
CMS provided cleaning and painting services to hangars. This project entailed strict access guidelines as we used EWP to access the building exterior.
